Wild Dawn Update 0.1.2a


This update is primarily focused on fixing most critical bugs, reworking old mechanics, and rebalancing the game.

Fixed Bugs:

  • Fixed a bug where AI abilities also had cooldowns.
  • Fixed a bug where the skull no longer drops from slimes.
  • Fixed a bug related to ability mana.
  • Fixed a crash where enemies no longer spawn outside the map boundaries.
  • Fixed a crash where enemies no longer get pushed outside the map boundaries.

Hopefully, these were the last of the bugs!

Balance and Gameplay Changes:

  • Rebalanced Fatal Vore to provide 25% more satiety and HP regeneration.
  • Rebalanced enemy spawns to appear on one side of the player with a spread of 90-180 degrees.
  • Rebalanced so that only 25% of enemies have the Vore skill.
  • Rebalanced some Vore skills.
  • Changed percentage-based regeneration.
  • Changed "resting": you can no longer rest when enemies are nearby.
  • Reworked the buff/debuff system.

Improvements and Additions:

  • Significantly improved the character editor.
  • Added different characteristics for races.
  • Added the ability to change the character's name.

In the next update for 0.1.3a, I would like to add personality traits, improve electromancy, and draw a couple of new skins for the races.
